TECHNICAL SEAL COMPANY LIMITED is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zamil Chemical and Plastic Industries Holding Company (Zamil ChemPlast) the plastic and chemical industries division of Zamil Group, a global investment company with diverse interests and capabilities. TECHNICAL SEAL came into existence in1984 at Dammam, Saudi Arabia as the pioneer in sealing solutions to the building industry, especially the Aluminum fabrication sector in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)and surrounding Countries of Middle-East and North Africa (MENA region).

Over three decades of experience in catering to the sealing requirements of construction and industrial sectors in MENA made TECHNICAL SEAL (also known as ZAMIL RUBBER) a reference name for Sealing Profiles.

Today, TECHNICAL SEAL is the original gasket supplier of many of the top names in Aluminum System Design and/Profile suppliers such as: BRITAL-U.K., VISTAWALL-U.A.E.; ALUPCO-KSA; GULF EXTRUSION-UAE; BALEXCO-BAHRAIN etc.

TECHNICAL SEAL is an ISO 9001 Certified Company and manufactures custom built gaskets/seals of virtually any size, profile and specification for various end-use applications meeting International Standards for quality and specification. A well-equipped in-house Quality Control and product properties-testing Laboratory adds strength to the Company. The Design and Manufacturing facility at Dammam is equipped with world class equipment and machinery and employs well qualified and experienced Engineers and Technicians to steer the operations.

Our Quality

With a robust QMS (quality management system) certified to ISO 9001 our quality assurance and quality control are well managed. This QMS in place ensures the quality of everything that makes up the product by effective quality control measures right from material receiving, online inspection &monitoring, finished goods inspection and pre-shipment inspection. A round the clock devoted team of experienced quality inspectors makes it certain that all the products made by us conform to the respective specification standard.

To support the quality assurance and control measures, the Company has a well-equipped laboratory for testing raw materials and finished products to meet with the requirements specified. Tests are conducted in accordance with international standards such as ASTM, ISO, DIN etc….
